Very close to Danangs airport. 15 minutes by cab.

Welcoming at the reception was bad and hard because of the staff doesn't understand anything at English. Standard dooble room very tal, clean, but noisy, and old. Moisture a little bit everywhere on the walls and the mastress of one of the two beds was horrible. We only spent one night before taking the plane to go back to hanoi. For information, this hotel could be usefull before your flight but if not we don't recommand it.

We were given a room on the 4th floor of the old building which did not have a lift. We have an older member so we requested to change to a lower floor or a room with lift, we started having communication problems because the receptionist do not understand English.

Friendly staff. Gave us a bigger room for the same price. Always helpfull and able to speak english

It is very clean and close to great restaurants. The breakfast is excellent as well. The staff are very friendly.

Reception, housekeeper,reservationist and restaurant staff were helpfull through out the visit.

Broken promises and immediate actions were not taken in actions when they didnt picked us up from the hotel even though the Sales Representative was in emergency. Besides that, the Manager did not even come out to make an explaination when we requested to meet the Manager.
